Update: Oh my god this has been the best Gotcha day ever! Thanks to all my wonderful friends out there, I have received enough donations in the past eight days, including today that I am now only $200.00 shy of the total sum of money I need to return to physical therapy!!! Thank you so much everyone. I am truly touched and have been very blessed by the out pouring of your support.
