I know this video of Moki will leave some of you really sad, but please try to keep in mind that the video was shot on one of Moki's not so good days. I wanted to give you all an honest portrayal of Moki's current orthopedic state, and some times it's hard to describe such a state in words...
With that said, while the video does make it appear as though most of the problem is occurring in Moki's back legs, a lot of the problem is actually a result of his front two legs. Moki has a tendency to hold his front legs really stiff and at a bent/angle. This makes it a little more difficult for Moki to get his back legs underneath him as he should. I am hoping that once we have gotten together some money to cover the cost of physical therapy, we can try using a muscle relaxer on Moki's front legs and see if it helps along with the actual physical therapy, to improve the positioning of his back legs. Again Moki does tend to walk better than this on some days, and I will try to capture a video of Moki walking on a good day for you all real soon, unfortunately though, Moki is starting to have more bad days than good, which explains the need to get him back into therapy as soon as possible...
P.S.
Thanks to everyone who left suggestions about where I can locate inexpensive sub-q-fluids online. I will be checking out several of these websites over the course of the next couple of days, and will continue to welcome further recommendations/suggestions!

Yes, it is tough to watch Moki struggling to walk, but I must admit, he is definitely a fighter. I hope you are able to get PT for Moki and that it helps. Thanks so much for the update.
Paws crossed that you can get back to Moki's PT soon! He is really a determined little guy.
We just want to give Moki hugs and kisses because he tries so hard, and he has such determination!
