As many of you know things have been kind of crazy around here with Sissy's tumor and Moki's neurological disorder. Taking care of the two has left us little time to blog. We have been trying to keep up and visit as many of you as possible in the little time we do have, and will continue to do so...As for Moki, he is still peeing blood despite a regular course of antibiotics. We can only hope that once we have raised the remaining money for the MRI and CSF Tap, we can finally get to the bottom of his condition.
Sissy is still not eating on her own and we are continuing to force feed her. She stopped drinking on her own on Friday and Saturday, but started to drink on her own again on Sunday. She was fairly lethargic over the weekend, but picked up somewhat yesterday. Where as she refused to move much on Saturday and Sunday, yesterday she was walking about and even jumped up on the couch to lay next to her daddy. We hope that we will continue to see signs of improvement in Sissy's energy level, and that she will start to eat on her own again soon.
On a different note, Jan's Funny Farm gave us the "Totally Hip Blogger Award." She gave us this award for sharing Moki's story and all that we have learned about Moki's neurological disorder. Thanks Jan!
