Moki's Latest Urine Sample

(Sorry about the blurry picture, my camera died right after taking this...)
Above is a picture of Moki's latest urine sample. As you can see the sample is not as dark as some of the previous samples, but still not as light as we had hoped. As for Moki's temperature, it is currently registering at 98.5. We are continuing to keep Moki bundled up, in an effort to main a temperature above 98 degrees. Hopefully we will get the results back from Moki's urine culture soon. Thank you for purring for us and expressing your condolences over Sissy's crossing. It has indeed been a very difficult week.

On a different note, momma bean would like to tell you about some very special Christmas kitties which need homes. Momma bean will be selling these hand crafted kitty ornaments through December to help raise money for Moki, and to help cover some personal expenses, until she can start the work-study program through her college in Jan. Since each Christmas Kitty ornament is hand crafted, momma bean can custom create a Christmas Kitty for you. Simply click here to pick out your Christmas Kitty colors. Once you have selected your new kitties colors, you can purchase your Christmas Kitty using the Paypal button below. Don't forget to specify your colors during checkout.

Each Kitty costs $10.00 or you can purchase two Christmas Kitties for $15.00. Please include a $6.00 shipping fee with your purchase.

__________Update__________

It's 1:44 in the afternoon and Moki's temperature has dropped to 98.1. I am currently in the process of trying to bring it back up again, so we can avoid a trip to the ER.

_________2nd Update_________

I just got off the phone with the doctor who will be taking over Moki's case, since the doctor who saw him that works at our ER hospital will be out of town next week. She called me to let me know that the results from the urine culture our back, and like I suspected, everything came back negative. We have another appointment on Wednesday, in which we will be doing more blood work, to check for blood clotting disorders, and disorders which could be realted to Moki's blood pressure. During the appointment I will also be discussing many of the different possible causes, and things to look for, which many of you have emailed us. Hopefully we can continue to maintain Moki's body temperature until our next appointment, so that there will be no ER visits inbetween.

PURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! You can do it Moki! We're all coming over to keep you warm.

Our Lady tried clicking on the link for the kitties, but she couldn't get it to work. She says her internet at work has been strange today, so maybe that's it. She's gonna keep trying every now and then.

Know that Sissy is grateful for all you did-especially helping her to cross over and get her out of her body. She is near you.
