Save Moki The Wobbly Cat

Moki wanted to share with everyone the very nice gift his friend Tanzila sent him and wanted to send Tanzila a very special thank you for the wonderful gift. As you can see from the above photograph, Moki insisted that the stocking Tanzila sent him "be hung by the chimney with care!"

and a cute photograph of the Christmas card that came with the gift...inside the card was a gift certificate to Petco which Moki can't wait to use...

and tucked inside the stocking where TWO mice toys!!! Above is a picture of one of them...(Moki can't have the other until Christmas day...)

Moki: "I like my new mousey...his tail is particularly fun"!

Moki: "Take that you big bad mousey"!

Moki: "Hmmm...maybe I'll give the mousey a big bitey"!

Moki: "I better give my santa toy a big chop too. I wouldn't want santa to feel lonely"!

Moki: "Now, now mousey there is no getting away from me..."

As of today Moki has taken his third dose of Tamiflu. He's still pretty sleepy and not quite as energetic as normal, but is starting to have some playful bouts. He weighed in at 5 pds 5 ozs on Saturday (so he is still a little on the small side...) when we (my aunt and uncle went with me...) took Moki to the vet. As for the eating and drinking, Moki is now starting to eat and drink small portions of food and milk. He's still not eating or drinking as much as he needs to or as much as I'd like, but it's a start. While the improvement is small, it's improvement none the less, so we'll be keeping our fingers crossed that it grows!
