Rubber Ducky Your The One...

Last Friday we tried some new exercises during my physical rehab appointment. I worked out with a exercise ball...

and then climbed some make shift stairs...
and finished my appointment with some hydrotherapy and Mr. Rubber Ducky...
I also had an x-ray of my thoracic inlet taken last Monday.
The good news is that me thoracic inlet issue isn't getting any worse, the bad new is that I now need a heart ultrasound to further diagnose my heart murmur. My doctor says that the murmur could be a result of hyperthoridism but he doubts it because of my young age, or possible cardiomyopathy. It could also be an innocent heart murmur, which many kitties have and is completely harmless. The only way for us to know for sure however is to have the ultrasound done. We will therefore be holding another auction towards either the end of this month or early Nov to help pay for the ultrasound. In the mean time we are trying to arrange and accept donated items for the auction. If you have an item which you would like to donate to be auctioned off to help pay for my ultrasound please leave either a comment here, or email me directly at questionsatsavemoki.com. Thanks everyone!

Looks like you had a super workout Moki! Mr Rubber Duck must be very proud.

We're purring that the heart murmur is nothing to worry about.

I hope the murmur is nothing at all and we send purrs to our favorite Moki!

Hansel ALSO has a heart murmur- and it came back as 'innocent'. Mom thinks he might have hyperthoridism as well- he eats EVERYTHING in sight.

Moki, you look like such a good boy, doing all your therapy. Paws crossed that your heart murmur turns out to be innocent!

crossing my paws for a good diagnosis..i had a full lilac point siamese that had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. the vet i work for couldnt treat him, i had to get him a cardiologist.....we joke thats the reason my son had to choose Rutgers over yale..it was so damned expensive taking care of him..unfortunately after a long battle he succumbed to the disease, but he was pampered and loved so much till the day he passed. i miss him every day :-(...Thats the icon pic i use, my beautiful Sushi
